For the past 23 years, Mark has focused his practice exclusively on construction law, government contract law, and the resolution of disputes for clients involved in the construction industry. He has successfully handled a myriad of legal matters for, against and involving general contractors, construction managers, design builders, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, owners, lenders, sureties, and insurance carriers. With that experience and because of the dedicated nature of his practice, Mark is able to provide high quality and economical representation in connection with virtually any type of legal matter that arises for clients in the construction industry and/or in connection with any construction project – public or private. Mark is regularly involved in all aspects of the firm’s practice, including: providing advice and counsel on construction law and construction related legal issues; drafting, negotiating and reviewing the many different types of contracts that govern the various business relationships that arise as a part the construction process; analysis, preparation, prosecution, and/or defense of the many different types of contract, tort and other claims that can arise in connection with the construction process and its many business relationships; the negotiation and resolution of such claims and other construction related disputes; mediations; arbitrations; litigation in both federal and state courts, and at both the trial and appellate levels; and bid protests arising out of federal, state and local government procurements.
